For those of you that don’t know, my husband graduated from Johnson & Wales with a culinary degree. AKA I married a Personal Chef! 😉

And now he can be YOUR Personal Chef too! Yes, you read that right..
He’s decided to finally put his culinary degree to use and cook for those who need it most!


What is Coronato’s Clean Cuisine? 

Coronato’s Clean Cuisine is a no frills, no menu approach to clean eating. We can cook the current diet you’re following or we can help you develop one. All meals are prepared with the utmost precision by Culinary Chef, Christian Coronato (that’s my hubby).


How It Works

  1. Pick your protein, carbs, veggies and/or fats.
  2. Choose the amounts you need/want of each.
  3. Decide how many meals per week you would like.
  4. We then divide your meal quantity in half, cook and deliver your meals for the first half of the week Saturday AM, then cook and deliver the rest of your meals for the second half of the week Tuesday PM. This is to ensure the freshest food possible!

Most meals are priced between $8-13 a meal, however it may vary depending on proteins and amounts. We confirm all of that before we finalize your order.

  1. I’m a 39 year old male who’s going on on 40 in less than a month. I’ve been carrying upwards of 110 lbs since I graduated college 16 years ago, and I couldn’t be more depressed about it. I’ve since gone through cancer, loss of my dog and my Mother in 2015.
    Even though I’ve managed to drop about 35 lbs over the last 3 years, I’m still carrying way too much weight for my 5’11” frame at 260 lbs.
    My wife and I both work office jobs with a lot of stress and long hours, and I feel like any effort I make in a work out routine is quickly dashed with a stupid purchase of candy and the supermarket, or a night out to dinner. Basically, I’m looking for advice on how to eat properly for all phases of the day. I’m also looking for some motivation.
    I’ve been working out all my life, so I’m no stranger to the gym, but I feel like I need some guidance on how to workout for my goals and age to maximize my results.
