Hello lovelies and welcome back! I’ve put together another At Home Workout that is guaranteed to get your heart rate up and burn some unwanted calories in just 10 short minutes! Be sure to time yourself and track how many rounds you can do!
In 10 minutes, see how many rounds of the following you can complete:
15 Air Squats
20 Sit Ups
Note: If the time runs out and you’ve completed 5 full rounds and only got to do 5 air squats, your score will read = 5 rounds + 15 reps (10 burpees + 5 air squats = 15)
