The Yummiest Salmon Recipe EVER!

Christian and I have been alternating who makes dinner on Sundays before we watch Homeland [insert desperate cry for help that the last episode of the season is next week]. Being that he’s a chef (Fun Fact: he went to culinary school at Johnson & Whales) I feel a certain amount of pressure to make really delicious food! Even though I know he would eat anything I cooked with a smile, even if it tasted like a shoe – which it has before! LOL

So, I’ve gotten creative (and brave) in the kitchen! I’ve tried recipes straight from the source and I’ve tried recipes, but tweaked them to our liking. Turns out, I’m not THAT bad of a cook. 😉 I’ve come a long way in the kitchen, from when I used to cry because I couldn’t boil sweet potatoes properly… yes, you read that right. I’m better now, I promise!! ❤
